Expedited Order: Expedited order should be placed before 12:00 PM CT (Central time) to be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be shipped on the next working day.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply for international orders. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution, whether through a replacement shipment or a refund.

HEAVY ITEM If your selected item falls in this category then the appropriate shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. To ensure the products will be handled with care by the courier, the insurance for high valued item is recommended. These items are not eligible for our Free Shipping offer.
