Refund policy

First of all, if you're checking out our return policy, chances are you've made a purchase with us. Thank you!
We hope that you love everything that you order, but if you are unhappy with any of the products that you receive, you may send them back within 30 days for a refund to your original form of payment. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and if you utilize our return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount. Return only applied to retail customer. 

If you receive free shipping on an order and return the entire order, the cost of the original shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment or as a gift certificate. Refunds issued as a refund to the original form may take 5-10 business days to post, depending on your bank's policies.

If you choose store credit as your refund method you will receive a gift certificate for that amount in your email once the return is processed. To make sure it doesn't go to your spam folder make sure you have added "theperfectgem@yahoo.com" to your safe senders list.
If an address is incorrectly entered at checkout by the customer, The Perfect Gem is not responsible for resending the order.  If the package is returned to The Perfect Gem by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we will contact the customer for an updated address to reship.

We love our products and want our customer to have the happy purchase experience. We understand the importance of reliable packaging, especially for wholesale orders, and we are committed to providing you with the highest level of protection for your shipments.
However, unexpected damage may occur during transit. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please file claim via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Though we are very sorry your items didn't reach you, The Perfect Gem is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for damage incurred during shipping.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging, unused and in original condition.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
